This Sunday through Tuesday, March 14-16, Boston hosts the largest seafood event in North America, the International Boston Seafood Show. With over 800 exhibits, the show is the place for all information about seafood, seafood products, and leaders in the seafood industry. One conference session that may be particularly interesting is Tuesday’s “Teach a Chef to Fish,” where Jacqueline Church and other speakers host a panel about sustainable seafood choices in the culinary industry.
